Lake Sakakawea fishing is an
experience not soon forgotten. It's the tug of a keeper walleye at
your rod tip. The northern lights stream down the late evening
sky, the serenity broken only by the lonely call of a coyote. A
proud blue heron stands tall as a sentry in the moonlight watching over
its nested young. Lake Sakakawea has a variety of fresh
water fish. Fish black crappies from our docks or go after a 25
lb. northern in one of the back bays.

We provide guests with deep, safe
Lund 16-foot aluminum fishing boats equipped with 25 hp
Mercury outboard motors, and 22-foot pontoons equipped with 45
hp Honda outboards. Lund's Landing Lodge makes every
effort to put guests where the fish are biting. Gasoline, oil and bait are
available at our Marina. We also have kayaks and canoes
available to rent. Packages include harboring
your personal boat or outfitting you with our boats, motors
and gas. |
